Landscape Maintenance Senior Account Manager (Full-time, In person)

High-end award winning design/build/maintenance firm is seeking an experienced and motivated residential grounds professional to help grow our maintenance division. If you have worked in the industry as an account manager or have experience running a maintenance division, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of something in the early stages of growth! You will have a pivotal role in all aspects of building and growing this division of the company.

Job Description

This position is responsible for managing and growing our high-end grounds maintenance division. The job will include responsibilities such as lead generation, contractual and enhancement sales, client retention, and quality control.

The role will also assist in coordinating with our experienced maintenance production team in the procurement and scheduling of resources, including labor, equipment, and materials. Ensure maximum use and completion of work within budget, safety guidelines, and quality standards.

The role will also assist in coordinating with our experienced maintenance production team in the procurement and scheduling of resources, including labor, equipment, and materials. Ensure maximum use and completion of work within budget, safety guidelines, and quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications & Educational Requirements

  • 5+ maintenance account management experience (sales & enhancements)
  • Knowledge of computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite, desired).
  • Current driver’s license.

Pivotal Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service, with quick response times
  • Meet with clients to help resolve issues on their properties and provide enhancements
  • Meet with prospective maintenance clients promptly and provide proposals for contractual services
  • Lead the marketing initiatives and planning for the Maintenance division
  • Coach and motivate the crews in a positive manner
  • Assist Production Manager as necessary to train and develop the crews so that they are efficiently producing the best quality
  • Maximize use of field and other personnel, equipment, materials and supplies to help eliminate waste
  • Help coordinate between divisions to maximize and leverage company-wide personnel, equipment and other resources
  • Maintain a safe working environment and enforce all safety standards, protocols, and regulations
  • Work with office staff and operations coordinator to make sure jobs are being properly billed
  • Properly communicate load list, materials, and directions for enhancement projects to the production team
  • Work with operations coordinator to send out client renewals, assuring that pricing is adjusted as necessary, and we have high retention rates
